I had a large wound that was not healing and it was scaring me. They put all of my worries to rest! The front desk ladies(I've only seen ladies, sorry if there is a male) are so personable and welcoming. Dr Gilbert was kind and knowledgeable, he made me feel like this was no big deal and we'd have it worked out soon. The nurses, I believe Annie and I cannot remember the other, were nice and helped me calm down while also being informative. I wish I came here as soon as my wound opened, but better late than never.
