Thomas M. Baldwin, MD, MPT

Thomas M. Baldwin, MD, MPT serves as the Physician overseeing MVS Woundcare & Hyperbarics in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and brings over three decades of distinguished military service, including specialized training in Diving, Undersea, and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Dr. Baldwin completed his internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, followed by his Internal Medicine residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego in California. He received advanced training in Diving and Undersea Medicine at the Naval Undersea Medical Institute in Groton, Connecticut, and earned his Master of Physical Therapy through the Army-Baylor University Physical Therapy Program in San Antonio, Texas.

He has extensive experience in the management of complex wound care patients and hyperbaric medicine, with a focus on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Dr. Baldwin is an active member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS).
